File Upload Help

The File Upload tool does not use FTP. This is an HTTP-based tool that allows users with firewalled internet access the ability to upload graphic files without restriction. The current file size limit has been set to 800000 kilobytes (near 800 Mb).

Please ZIP your files to make most efficient use of internet bandwidth.

The only acceptable file formats for upload are:

• JPEG (or JPG)
• TIFF (PC encoding)
• PDF (fonts converted to outlines)

Contact us immediately once your file(s) have been uploaded to provide us with the project details. Your job will not be started without your input.
